This is me from the 8th of feb 2013 to the 2nd of may 2013!
I know I’m not finished my journey yet but this is how far I have come and I am proud of my journey!!
I’m 5 ft 5 inches
and I started this weighing 170 lbs, I was unhappy with myself at this weight and I decided to do something about it. Today I am in the mid 140’s (not too sure I’m not scale focused). I didn’t actually think there was a visible difference till I put the pictures beside each other. Progress to me wasn’t something I saw in the mirror it was something I felt in myself, <3
-10 pushups
-20 sit ups
-10 leg lifts each side
-15 squats
-10 Pilate (ballerina) squats
-10 donkey kicks each side
-10 bent knee rotations each side
-10 tricep dips
-20 russian twists
-10 bicycle crunches
